Company Policy


As per company policy, it is our duty to inform you that all airline fares are subject to change without warning and are subject to availability. Fares can only be guarenteed once the ticket is issued. Forms of payment that are accepted include cash, check and most major credit cards. Please note that if you choose to pay by credit card, you will need to fill out a Credit Card Authorization Form.
Tickets are only issued after payment clears. Changes to a ticket once it has been issued will incur a fee of $ 25 per change, in addition to any change fee the airline may charge.
All refunds on refundable tickets will be processed by SARC Travel Bureau LLC. Those with cancelled tickets will be charged a $25 cancellation fee in addition to other charges the airline may levy. Cancellation fees vary among different airlines. These fees will be taken out of the refunded total. Refunds may take 6-8 weeks to process.
SARC Travel Bureau LLC and agents are not responsible for any passport, VISA or other travel related documents in the event that they become damaged, lost, or stolen. Nor can we be held accountable for any liability or damage due to the negligence or error of an airline. Changes in schedules or cancelled flights are also the responsibility of the airline. SARC Travel Bureau LLC will make every effort to contact passengers in case of any changes or delays.
Information that you enter on our website, or give us in any other way is stored in our company database. This includes personal information that can identify you and in some cases, billing information. Traveler preference including meal requests seat selections, and hotel accommodations will similarily be kept on record. You may choose not to provide information to us but in general, information about each passenger is required in order to issue tickets. You should obtain the consent of the other travelers prior to providing SARC Travel Bureau LLC and agents with their personal information.
SARC Travel Bureau LLC uses information that is given to us for the purpose of providing you with the services requested, give travel updates, proccess bills, respond to questions, resolve disputes, and to prevent potentially prohibited and illegal activity.
We are committed to protecting the information given to us and all information about passengers are subject to technical, administrative, and physical security. We do however, reserve the right to share your information to:
  • Suppliers-such as hotel, car, and cruise companies who fulfill your travel reservations. These suppliers may contact you to obtain further information or to facilitate travel arrangements.
  •  Business Partners- such as airlines that we are consolidators for and business associates that we work with. Please note that we do not control the privacy practices of our third-party businesses. It is each passenger's responsibility to personally evaluate the practices of other companies associated to SARC Travel Bureau LLC.

We may also share your information:

  • In response to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process; to establish or exercise our legal rights; to defend against legal claims; or as otherwise required by law. In such cases we reserve the right to raise or waive any legal objection or right available to us.
  • When we believe it is appropriate to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal or suspected illegal activities; to protect and defend the rights, property, or safety of SARC Travel Bureau LLC, our customers, or others.
  •  In connection with a corporate transaction, such as a divestiture, merger, consolidation, or asset sale, or in the unlikely event of bankruptcy.
